Plant Information
Please write out the full names, no abbreviations.
For double crossed hybrids, please write it out as ABC x XYZ in the individual field.
In the case of a commonly known cultivar, e.g. Dorayaki, whose exact parent plants are no longer known please write Unknown for the seed & pollen but make sure to include the common name.

In the case of a commonly known but undisclosed hybrid, e.g. DocBlock Michelle, you may use the common name in place for the seed/pollen.
